Pricing

Masque Club runs on credits. Credits are a one-time purchase — there is no subscription, no membership fee, and no recurring or automatic charge. You buy a pack, the credits are added to your account, and nothing bills you again unless you choose to buy another pack.

1. Credit Packs

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are charged as a single, one-time payment. Packs are purchased from your account settings after signing in.

2. What Credits Buy

• Chat messages: roughly one credit per 1,200 tokens of generated response, with a minimum of one credit per reply. Short replies cost one credit; longer, more detailed replies cost proportionally more.
• Image generation: 1 credit per generated image.

3. Free Credits

New accounts receive 10 credits on sign-up. If your balance falls below 40 credits you can claim 30 free credits once every 24 hours. You can use Masque Club without ever purchasing a pack.

4. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed by our payment providers. Your card details are entered on the provider's secure hosted payment page and are never stored on our servers. Your statement will show the payment processor's billing descriptor rather than the site name.

Because every purchase is a one-time charge, there is nothing to cancel and no recurring billing to stop.

5. Refunds

Unused credit purchases can be refunded within 14 days. See our Refund Policy for full details, including billing errors and service failures.
